Covid-19 Requirements
We are following the Government’s information.
Please read and be aware of our Health & Safety and Physical-Distancing Steps below, to ensure the health and well-being of everyone:
- Crew have PPE gear available, for when required, together with hand sanitiser;
- Customers to complete prior to crew arriving on site:
- by replying to the booking email, the Customer Declaration (pre-Covid-19, would have been signed on-site when crew arrived);
- identify any items not to be moved with labels;
- boxes closed and labeled to indicate room destination for unloading
- contact person at pick-up address available to provide instructions, then all customers to vacate site (either to a room where no furniture is located, outdoors/garage, their vehicle) to stay out of crew’s workspace and keep physical-distancing;
- at delivery address, customer to open premises, then stand 2m away from the vehicle when crew unloading, to indicate room/area furniture to be unloaded into – again, staying out of crew’s workspace. If possible, it’s helpful for the crew if the doors to rooms could be labeled eg: Bedroom 1, Lounge, Laundry, etc. Thank you.
